A modern company must make employees as assets, not just as a means of production alone. The company needs to create a conducive atmosphere that can make employees feel comfortable, fulfilled their needs, maintain employee motivation, and together achieve the vision and mission of the company.
This study aims to explain whether Job Motivation and Job Satisfaction variables significantly affect employee performance in BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Metro and to know which variables dominantly influence between two variables Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Metro.
In this study using primary data collected by explanatory survey method and sampling technique in the form of method non probability method to 50 employees using questionnaire with Likert scale at BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Metro. Normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test and regression significance as path analysis and data analysis technique used are path analysis.
Based on the result of the research by using path analysis, the result of working motivation has positive direct effect to job satisfaction, work motivation has no direct effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has positive direct effect on employee performance.
