PENGARUH JABATAN DAN MUTASI KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI DI UNIT LAYANAN PENGADAAN (ULP) KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH PROVINSI LAMPUNG
Abstract
Human resources are essential elements and basic capital in national development. An organization will be able to carry out its function functions effectively and efficiently if supported by employees who have high work productivity. To achieve this can be done by giving positions and transferring work to employees.
From the analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of position on employee work productivity. This can be interpreted that someone who occupies a position if carrying out the mandate in accordance with applicable organizational regulations will affect the increase in work productivity. There is an influence of work mutations on work productivity. This can be interpreted that the mutations carried out by the organization will have a good effect on employee work productivity. There is the influence of position and work mutations on employee work productivity. This can be interpreted that employees who occupy their positions in accordance with their abilities and mutations made can actually increase their work productivity
