Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earnings per Share (EPS), Dividend Yield (DY), dan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) terhadap harga saham perusahaan terdaftar di IDX30 dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tiga perusahaan (ADRO, PGAS, PTBA) periode 2022–2024. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan model signifikan (Sig. 0,049; R Square 93,8%), di mana hanya EPS dan DY berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham (masing-masing koefisien 0,007 dan 0,099), sementara NPM, DER, dan DPR tidak signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa investor lebih mempertimbangkan kinerja laba dan imbal hasil dividen dalam keputusan investasi.
