PENGARUH LEADERSHIP STYLE, TASK DEMANDS, JOB STRESS TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT PERAWAT RUMAH SAKIT DI METRO SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam dunia kerja, di masa saat ini kondisi dunia dan Indonesia mengalami pendemiCOVID-19 Tenaga kesehatan yaitu perawat sebagai garda terdepan dalam menghadapi covid19. Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research, lokasi penelitian ini dilakukandi Rumah Sakit di Metro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di rumah sakit Metro dengan jumlah sampel 150 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner, karena kondisi pandemic Covid-19 dengan pentingnya menerapkan SocialDistancingmaka penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Analisis data menggunakan SEM dan Pengujian Hipotesis.Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150. Alat analisis yang digunakan menggunakan SEM dimana Leadership Style, Task Demands, Job Stress tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational commitment namun organizational commitment berpengaruh terhadap Motivation.Â
