KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KEPUASAN ATAS HASIL RANTAI PASOKAN: PERAN PEMEDIASI KINERJA INOVASI RANTAI PASOKAN

Penggerak utama inovasi adalah kepemimpinan dalam rantai pasokan. Jaringan rantai pasokan memandang bahwakepemimpinan transformasional dan inovasi merupakan sarana sumber keunggulan kompetitif. Perkembangan teoribaru-baru ini telah menekankan kebutuhan untuk menyelidiki lebih lanjut tentangvariabel-variabel tersebutdalam literatur rantai pasokan. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk memeriksahubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antara kepemimpinan transformasional rantai pasokan, kinerja inovasi rantai pasokan, dan kepuasan atashasil rantai pasokan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh mediasi kinerja inovasi rantai pasokanpada pengaruhkepemimpinan transformasional rantai pasokanterhadap kepuasan atas hasil rantai pasokan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 60 pimpinan Usaha Mikro,Kecil,dan Menengah (UMKM) di bidang perdagangan yang termasuk dalam kriteria purposive sampling. Hasil uji skala instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memenuhi standar analisis validitas dan reliabilitas.Hasil analisis regresi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada saat kinerja inovasi rantai pasokandimasukkan menjadi variabel mediasi, makapengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional rantai pasokanterhadap kepuasan atas hasil rantai pasokanmenjadipositif dan signifikan.
