PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI, KARAKTERISTIK PEKERJAAN DAN PERILAKU KEWARGAAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN: STUDI PADA KARYAWAN JAVA HERITAGE HOTEL PURWOKERTO

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, karakteristik pekerjaan dan perilaku kewargaan organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan di Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto yang berjumlah 126 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dan data diperoleh dari responden dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel self efficacy, karakteristik pekerjaan dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji analisis parsial menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
