PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. SORINI AGRO ASIA CORPORINDO Tbk, CABANG LAMPUNG

           Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja. 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja.
           Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sampel objek penelitian sebanyak 40 responden karyawan serta pengambilan data berupa observasi dan kuesioner. Sedangkan untuk pengolahan data dianalisis untuk uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linieritas memakai rumus Alpha Cronbach dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS.
           Teknik analisisnya menggunakan regresi berganda dengan uji hipotesis, yaitu uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Secara parsial, variabel motivasi kerja merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja.
