MEMPERKUAT OCB: PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI INTRINSIK: STUDI PADA SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) pada anggota organisasi meningkatkan kontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi. OCBpada organisasi publik menjadi perhatian terkait kinerja yang buruk atau baik dirasakan secara langsung oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi intrinsik sebagai anteseden OCB. Penelitian dilakukan pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Yogyakarta,  data primer diambil menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa  kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada OCB.
