PENGGUNAAN E-WALLET SEBAGAI ALAT PEMBAYARAN: PELUANG DAN TANTANGAN

Kemudahan transaksi dalam E-Wallet menyediakan cara yang cepat, mudah, dan nyaman untuk melakukan transaksi. Pengguna dapat membayar barang dan jasa secara instan hanya dengan beberapa ketukan pada perangkat  tanpa perlu uang tunai atau bahkan kartu kredit. E-Wallet sebagai bagian integral dari sistem pembayaran elektronik memberikan pemahaman yang kuat tentang dampak positif teknologi ini. Kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam penggunaan E-Wallet menghilangkan kebutuhan untuk membawa uang tunai dan kartu fisik sehingga memberikan kemudahan dalam transaksi sehari-hari. Kemudahan dalam E-Wallet memungkinkan pengguna untuk menyimpan dana dalam berbagai mata uang dan mengaksesnya secara mudah dimana pun dan  kapanpun. Dalam E-Wallet menyediakan tingkat keamanan dan privasi yang tinggi melalui fitur-fitur seperti otentikasi dua faktor, enkripsi data dan pementauan transaksi yang mencurigakan. Kepercayaan pengguna E-wallet mengenai keamanan data, otentikasi, kepatuhan regulasi, transparansi, kontrol pengguna,pelaporan kejadian keamanan dan edukasi pengguna. Pendekatan penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan data primer dari kuesioner menunjukan upaya serius dalam memahami fenomena yang ada. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil dan pembahasan yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan anatara kegunaan E-wallet, kemudahan, privasi dan keamanan serta kepercayaan terhadap perilaku pengguna. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu menambahkan variabel biaya dalam penelitian, menunjukan kesadaran terhadap aspek lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi perilaku pengguna dalam konteks E-Wallet.
