PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DAN KEDISIPLINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DI WILAYAH KECAMATAN MOJOROTO KOTA KEDIRI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Aparatur Sipil Negara di Wilayah Kecamatan Mojoroto Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survey dengan media kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Aparatur Sipil Negara yang bekerja di Wilayah Kecamatan Mojoroto Kota Kediri. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan atau Aparatur Sipil Negara di Wilayah Kecamatan Mojoroto Kota Kediri berjumlah sebanyak 129 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan secara parsial tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Hal ini didasarkan pada nilai signifikansi variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan lebih besar dari 0.05 yaitu secara berturut-turut sebesar 0.065, 0.935, dan 0.185.
