PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN STRUKTUR KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR SEKRETARIAT DPRD KOTA METRO LAMPUNG

Abstract


This research was carried out at the Metro City DPRD Secretariat Office with a total of 62 employees. The sampling technique uses propotional random sampling and is supported by data analysis techniques using the SPSS program. From the analysis it can be concluded that leadership style influences employee performance. Work motivation influences employee performance. Compensation structure influences employee performance. Leadership style, work motivation and compensation structure have an effect on jointly on employee performance. This shows that leaders who are able to direct employees will increase employee morale with their active role in work so that it improves the quality of employee performance. In addition, the suitability of providing benefits to employees is one of the motivations of employees in seeking more professional performance.
