Abstract


This research was conducted at the Central Lampung Investment Office and Integrated One-Stop Service Office. The number of samples in this study were 43 employees. Analysis of the data in this study using the T test and F test. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the research formula has a positive influence between each independent variable on the dependent variable either partially or simultaneously. This shows that each indicator of the variable has an influence on employee performance. Capable leaders in supervising employees, complete facilities and infrastructures at work, and conditions in a comfortable working environment will improve employee performance in completing tasks and work.
