Abstrak
Human resource management is needed in order to survive and compete BMT. To achieve the goal of BMT useful to assess or measure employee performance and the extent to which they serve the BMT Sharia principles in the operational implementation of BMT. Conditions that exist in BMT Baskara Muhammadiyah employee performance needs to be improved and the implementation of sharia principles have not been consistent. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee performance and adherence to sharia in costumer loyalty at BMT Baskara Muhammadiyah.
The method used in this research is quantitative research with the object of research is the employee's performance and compliance with sharia with competitiveness. The study population werecustumer at BMT Baskara Muhammadiyah by the number of samples taken as many as 96costumer. The technique of collecting data using interviews, documentation and questionnaires using a questionnaire. The analysis tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
In conclusion, the results of the analysis of employee performance related to Costumer Loyalty. Adherence to sharia relating to Costumer Loyalty. Employee performance and adherence to sharia jointly have a significant impact on Costumer Loyalty. Seeing these results it can be said that the independent variables are positive and significant impact on Costumer Loyalty
