PERAN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF PADA PENGARUH PRAKTIK MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOKAN TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI

Abstract


Praktik manajemen rantai pasokan adalah faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Peneliti terdahulu menjelaskan bahwa praktik manajemen rantai pasokan dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh keunggulan kompetitif. Metode olah data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSSuntuk menganalisis pengaruh pada masing-masing indikator dari setiap variabel yang diteliti. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada pemilik Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) pengrajin Batik yang berada di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dan diperoleh responden sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwasanya praktik manajemen rantai pasokan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi dan keunggulan kompetitif mampu memediasi pada pengaruh positif praktik manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja organisasi.
