Abstract

The research problems are How to influence the performance of the Village Head Against achievement Village devices work? This study aims to determine the performance of the Village Head To increase job performance devices village. Because the population is 15 people, the authors will take the entire sample to be used as a population that is 15 village officials. Based on the research results can be concluded as follows: there is the influence of the performance of the Village Head To increase job performance devices Village with 0.69 count r> r table 0, 641.

Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah pengaruh kinerja Kepala Desa Terhadap peningkatan prestasi kerja perangkat Desa? Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kinerja Kepala Desa Terhadap peningkatan prestasi kerja perangkat Desa. Karena jumlah populasinya 15 orang, maka penulis akan mengambil seluruh sampel penelitian untuk dijadikan populasi yaitu 15 orang perangkat Desa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: ada pengaruh kinerja Kepala Desa Terhadap peningkatan prestasi kerja perangkat Desa dengan r hitung 0, 69 > r tabel 0, 641.
