PENGARUH MODERASI SPIRITUALITAS ISLAM DI TEMPAT KERJA TERHADAP KEADILAN ORGANISASI DAN CYBERLOAFING: STUDI PADA BANK BERBASIS ISLAM DI LAMPUNG TIMUR
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji secara empiris, hubungan Keadilan organisasi denganCyberloafing. Tujuan kedua yaitu menguji Spiritualitas Islam di tempat kerja sebagai variabel moderasi hubungan Keadilan Organisasi Cyberloafing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada karyawan Bank berbasis Islam di Lampung Timur yang berjumlah 242 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Uji interaksi sering disebut denganModerated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini adalah Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Cyberloafing, yang bermakna semakin adil lembaga maka akan semakin mengurangi cyberloafingpada karyawan. Lebih lanjut spiritualitas Islam di tempat kerja memoderasi hubungan Keadilan Organisasi Cyberloafing. Spiritualitas Islam di tempat kerja mampu mengurangi adanya Cyberloafingpada karyawan.Ketika mengalami ketidakadilan organisasi, karyawan dengan spiritual yang tinggi mungkin lebih kecil kemungkinannya untuk membalas dendam, yang akan pada gilirannya mengurangi kecenderungan mereka untuk bertindak tidak bermoral, seperti melakukan Cyberloafing atau menyimpang perilaku
