PERAN MEDIASI JOB ENGAGEMENT: VALUE CONGRUENCE TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB)

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji mediasi job engagement antara value congruencedan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Biro Administrasi Umum Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta (UST) yang terdiri dari unit kerja TU Rektorat UST, bagian personalia, bagian karir dosen, bagian keuangan, bagian rumah tangga, dan bagian perbekalan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pengambilan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job engagement memediasi value congruence dan OCB.
